Why don't We Try Like Finlandia? A Label is Not the Main Point!!

Have you known that the country which has the best education is Finlandia? Not The US nor The UK, for the exact. 

The key is in the teacher quality. There are only qualified teachers in Finlandia. Though their salary is not that high, their position is really appreciated by the country. I do apreciate this. Though the salary is not high, the teachers do their job their best . See the differences from our beloved country. Many teachers try to get a label named certified. Means that it can increase their monthly income. What does a certified label mean , indeed? For some people, it's just about having bigger income. I myself, as a teacher,  will not try to get that label if I think i do not have enough competences in teaching. So embarassing to have the label without having good quality in teaching. I do not envy them who are already certified, i just feel pity. To whom? I do not know for sure. For themselves? maybe, for having a fake label. for the government? it could be, for paying those people. For the student? maybe, for having been taught by teachers who wear a mask named certified. 

I just wonder why they want something they do not deserve yet? Just prove that you are good enough, you are qualified enough, you are competent enough, then take it. 

Just do our job in the name of Allah. If we do anything in His way, the fortunes will follow. Amien.
